Our growing cards are impregnated with a variety of wildflower seeds. The handmade paper can be planted and if tended properly will recreate a mini British wildflower meadow.
Seeds may include birdsfoot trefoil, black knapweed, black medick, common vetch, meadow buttercup, musk mallow, ox-eye daisy, ribwort plantain, red campion, self heal, white campion, yarrow, browntop bent, red fescue, crested dogstail, meadow fescue and smooth stalk meadow grass.
Instructions for planting: Soak the card in water for at least an hour. Tear up the paper and place on prepared soil on the ground or in a pot. Sprinkle with a fine layer of soil. Water regularly making sure that the seed paper does not dry out. The seeds should germinate within 2 to 3 weeks.
